The Change-the-Bank (CTB) function within Business Unit Control (BUC) performs two roles with teams around the globe. The principal focus of the function is on providing capability to change the BUC processes and controls. In addition the function provides design analysis capability to ensure business process integrity throughout the front to back flow in projects managed outside Finance.
We are looking for a person with a change mind set as
FXMM Finance Analyst
for our Zurich CTB BUC Team.
As FXMM Finance Analyst you identify, analyze and specify functional change requirements for FXMM regionally and globally. You engage with relevant change managers to prioritise and enable delivery.
You ensure the integrity of the ongoing front to back process during change implementation. You perform testing and sign off on change items.
The change you bring about can be enhancements of existing processes, as well as implementations in support of new products, new locations, new regulatory requirements and/or new Risk Management and Settlement applications.
Requirements • Graduate honours degree (FH, University bachelor; ideally finance / accountancy / banking related) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with risk management, settlement and/or financial reporting systems
• Good interpersonal skills and determined approach to providing client value
• Analytical and methodical mind
• Proactive and structured problem and task management
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and to manage own time effectively
• Power user skills: MS Excel, MS Access, Business Objects, preferably with VBA programming experience
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Fluent English required, German desirable
