The Role
KPMG Luxembourg is a leading provider of professional services. To support our continued growth we are seeking a Manager within our Central Risk Management Department (m/f)

Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of the Risk Management Department. Your responsibiliites will include:

    * Project management within the Firm's Risk Management and Ethics & Independence functions
    * Addressing compliance with the Global firm's procedures for Risk Management and Ethics & Independence primarily in relation to client engagement and acceptance, conflict of interests, global branding, client care, prohibited services and direct and indirect investments
    * The assimilation and tailoring of global policies to the Luxembourg environment
    * Creation and delivery of training programs in-house
    * Compliance testing of prescribed risk management and independence procedures
    * Liaison with the firm's Professional Practice Department on technical and related issues
    * Liaison with other departments, such as HR, Marketing and IT
    * Assistance in the firm's annual quality performance review

The Individual
To be successful, you will demonstrate that:

    * You have a professional accounting, tax or legal background within an audit firm or financial institution
    * You display professional maturity, strong personal presence and a high level of presentation skills
    * You are recognized as a team player and able to communicate at all levels
    * You have an excellent level of English and either French or German; other languages are considered to be a significant advantage
